About this role
Primary Purpose: Under the supervision of the Director of Business Development, this position is responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients on the phone or in person, ensuring all client requirements are met with respect to data accuracy, regulatory requirements, turnaround time, pricing and consumable orders.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Fielding customer Environment testing enquiries and questionsReceiving feedback from clients and arranging appropriate responses to needsCommunicating to customers any deficiencies in samples or chain of custody dataDiscussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessaryPreparing bottle orders for customer service and arranging transportation if necessaryWork with department supervisors to track client data to ensure on time deliveryCommunicate any anticipated delays to customer prior due dateFollow up on any DQR requests from customersLog in/receive samplesInvoice projectsManaging EDDs & customer uploads to specified database(s)Occasionally prepare quotations with the guidance of the Sales ExecutivesAssist with Administration tasksSending and validating test results/reportsAdhere to ISO, NIOSH, ASTM, OSHA, etc.Follow ISO accreditation policies and procedures, and company policies and proceduresOther related duties as assigned.
