About this role
We’re now looking for a service‑minded Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our Solna Office Team on a 12+ month parental leave cover.
ABOUT THE ROLE In this role you’ll be the central point of contact for visitors, colleagues and both internal and external stakeholders for the Fenix Outdoor Group. This is a broad hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys varied tasks, teamwork, and a dynamic workday. You will be part of the Office Team who is responsible for our welcoming and well-functioning office environment.
The role is a full‑time position and you will work closely with and report to our Office Manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll ensure the office runs at its best. Below are examples of key tasks in the role:
Act as first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and shared inboxes
Manage reception areas and ensure smooth daily operations
Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
Maintain shared office spaces, supplies, and basic office services
Coordinate facility-related matters with external partners
Support day-to-day requests from colleagues and stakeholders

Enjoys a hands-on, on-site role
Experience from reception, customer service, retail, or similar roles is an advantage. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, are essential.
