Karma OS is the restaurant operating system Europe has been waiting for. QR ordering. Marketing automation. POS. Kitchen displays. Payments. One unified platform. 20ish people doing what takes others 200. Our finance function isn't a back office. It's the cockpit.
What you'll own:
The books—and the story they tell. Journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close. Airtight. Then you flip it: turn those numbers into narratives that shape how we invest, price, and grow. You present to the board alongside our CEO Hjalmar. Not summaries - insights.
AI-powered finance ops. You won't manually reconcile what a machine can do in seconds. You'll use AI to automate reporting, flag anomalies, model scenarios, and free yourself up for the work that actually moves the needle. We don't hire people to do what GPT can do. We hire people who know what to do with the time AI gives them back.
The financial engine of a scaling company. VAT across Nordic markets. Revenue recognition for a SaaS + payments hybrid. Budgets that flex when a 500-location enterprise deal lands. You'll build the financial infrastructure for a company that's about to 10x.
Investor and board-grade reporting. Cap table management. Rights issues. Debt facility structuring. Warrant programs. You'll learn more corporate finance in one year here than in five at a Big Four.
Who you are:You close the books with precision and kick them open with curiosity. Month-end isn't the finish line—it's the starting gun for analysis.
You prompt as fluently as you pivot table. AI didn't replace your judgment—it amplified it. You've already automated the boring parts of your old job and you're looking for a place where that mindset is the norm, not the exception.
You translate GAAP into plain Swedish. You explain budget variance like a TED talk at our All Hands. You're the person who turns a KPI dashboard into a decision.
You thrive in the office five days a week with a team that wins together—whether that's crushing quarter-end or celebrating with champagne on Friday.
The basics:Finance or accounting degree. 2+ years closing books and running month-end processes. Swedish and English fluency. A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and genuine comfort with beautiful chaos.

This starts as Finance Specialist. But Karma is a place where your title changes faster than your LinkedIn can keep up. Finance Manager. Head of Finance. CFO. We don't put ceilings on people who deliver.
