Engagement: Monitor and manage daily activities across our digital groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack).Moderation: Ensure all members adhere to group guidelines and maintain a professional environment.Communication: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely and helpful responses.Growth: Implement strategies to increase group engagement and membership satisfaction.2. Avant One Support
Operations: Assist in the daily coordination of Avant One projects and tasks.Documentation: Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports for the team.Feedback Loop: Collect and summarize feedback from users/clients to help improve the Avant One experience.Requirements
NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving Corp Member (preferably just starting their service year).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for group moderation).
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and social messaging platforms.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a "can-do" attitude, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or Social Sciences preferred).
