We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers and ensure a smooth, positive experience with our niche bone broth product. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and enjoys helping customers solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and potentially phone in a timely and professional manner Assist with order-related questions, product information, shipping updates, and basic troubleshooting Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team member when necessary Maintain a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system Identify common questions or recurring issues and share feedback to help improve processes and FAQs Collaborate with internal teams (operations, fulfillment, product) when support is needed to resolve customer concernsRequirements

Fluent English (native-level proficiency preferred) 2+ years of experience in customer supportStrong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional in high-pressure situations Availability to work within Eastern Time zone hoursWork Schedule: Full-time, 40–50 hours per weekBenefits
