Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Review and analyze patients’ medical history, diagnosis, and previous medication records Assess clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy Prepare, complete, and submit Prior Authorization requests to insurance providers Fill out and submit attestation forms based on payer-specific guidelines Ensure submissions align with insurance criteria and clinical protocols Communicate with insurance companies regarding authorization status, additional requirements, or clarifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all prior authorization activities Follow compliance, HIPAA, and organizational standards at all timesRequirements
Must be a registered PHRN and USRN (Must be active)1 - 2 years' experience handling US Healthcare Insurance Good working knowledge in processing Prior-Authorization Must be keen to detailsExcellent verbal and written English skillsBenefits
