Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost analysis. Develop dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for leadership review. Support month-end and year-end closing processes through data reconciliation and financial analysis. Assist in budgeting and forecasting by providing historical data analysis and trend insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
With bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any related fieldAt least 6 months work experience in Accounting or relatedBPO Experience is a PLUSExcellent verbal and written English skillsProficiency in using MS Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, Index Match)Must be keen to detailsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift
