We’re looking for a Partner Operations Manager to join our Milan team. In this role, you’ll focus on improving the delivery experience for our highest-volume restaurant and grocery partners, solving complex operational challenges and scaling solutions across the Italian market.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Italy Operations department. You will be the bridge between our partners and our internal Product and Commercial teams, ensuring our top-tier partners have the tools and operational support to excel.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Optimise High-Volume Operations: Proactively diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks for our largest partners. You’ll test innovative solutions and determine how to scale them cross-functionally.
Product Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the partner" for our Product team, influencing the development of new features and leading their rollout with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive Commercial Alignment: Attend Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to provide operational insights that align with our partners' commercial priorities.
Strategic Expansion: Lead the operational rollout of new site launches for major partners, ensuring high performance from day one through rigorous proposals and negotiation.
Cross-Functional Projects: Manage high-impact projects using data to build compelling business cases that move the needle on performance and efficiency.
What You’ll Need to ThriveEssential
Deep Operational Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in operations management, strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.
Data Fluency: Expert ability to manipulate large datasets (Excel/Google Sheets and SQL) and translate complex analyses into insights using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to build relationships, rally others behind an idea, and attain buy-in from both internal leadership and external partners.
Analytical & Innovative: Skilled at identifying the exact information needed to make a decision and proposing creative solutions to improve traditional ways of working.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple complex projects in a structured, logical way to ensure high-quality delivery under pressure.
Nice to Have
Experience in the food-tech, e-commerce, or fast-moving marketplace industries.
A background in leading product feature rollouts or technical implementations.
