About the Role:
As a Social Media Intern at Babbel, you will support our organic content team by assisting in the creation and scheduling of content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training, offering a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, innovative company. This role is based in NYC and requires a minimum of 1 day in the office per week.
You Will:
Assist in posting and scheduling social media content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Participate in creative content brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas.
Work with the senior social media manager on creative briefs and execution.
Learn to analyze content performance using social media analytics tools.
Support the creation of monthly insights decks to inform future strategies.
You Have:
A genuine interest in social media and language learning.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and a desire to develop analytics skills.
Creativity and enthusiasm for teamwork.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Salary Information:
In New York City, the anticipated hourly rate for this role is $18-20 per hour. Placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
