Major DutiesResponsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing a Quality Improvement (QI), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) program for all sections of the laboratory.Develop internal monitors and coordinate and conduct studies to evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care provided by the laboratory.Prepare reports on any event or incident related to the quality of service provided by the Department.Prepare the Laboratories and Point-of Care sites for inspections.Plan orientation and training of new personnel and recommend suitability for night and weekend work.
