About this role
The Client Success Intern for Experian Verification Solutions will build relationships, find and address risk, and expand client product adoption. You will be client-facing and have close collaboration with our teams. You will work under the Director of Client Implementation & Success.
Responsibilities:
Monitor client volume trends and identify changes or anomalies affecting performance.Resolve client issues, including inquiries and escalations.Participate in scheduled client calls to support issue resolution, solution agreement, and relationship management.Distribute weekly/monthly volume reports, AUP and batch reports.Perform access portal demos for assigned clients.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Client Success) to develop projects.Support efforts aimed at driving volume growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing client performance. Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in Business or related field of studyReturn to school in Fall 2026 to complete degreeAnalytical, problem-solving, and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop awareness Benefits/Perks:
