As a Field Service Engineer, you will help customers keep food production running safely, reliably, and efficiently. We design bakery and food processing equipment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability. A service vehicle is provided. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare service work in the workshop. - Support assembly and repairs within our small team in Goes. - Install, assemble, and modify bakery and food processing equipment at customer sites. - Commission machines and production lines by setting up mechanical, electrical, and software functions, verifying performance, and resolving issues affecting start-up and qualification. - Diagnose faults and complete repairs using a structured troubleshooting approach. - Perform inspections and preventive maintenance with clear documentation. - Coordinate closely with customers, project managers, and technical support teams. - Support customer training and final handover with professionalism and sound judgment. TEAM: You are hierarchically attached to the manager of the field and service teams. You will work in a small team where autonomy, accountability, and clear communication matter every day. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and customers across different backgrounds, experiences, and locations, and your field insight will help strengthen Bakons performance and contribute to Hillenbrands broader success.
