The role operates with high autonomy, mentors junior engineers, and drives initiatives that strengthen global supply chain resilience, cost optimization, and manufacturing excellence.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Lead high‑complexity supplier and material change projects, ensuring alignment across Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Operations, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Customers for the Electrophysiology team in Heraeus, for initiatives involving cost reduction, compliance, process improvement and business continuity. </li> <li>Drive supplier innovation by integrating supplier expertise early in NPI and design‑for‑manufacturability activities. Influence design decisions through participation in advanced NPI and cross‑functional reviews.
