The following challenges await you: Take advantage of this unique chance for international responsibility: We are looking for a motivated employee from Germany to join us for a limited project assignment in New York (USA). You ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Trade Desk as a central point of contact, thereby making a significant contribution to Heraeus’ successful precious metals trading activities. You enable daily trading operations by maintaining trades in SAP, resolving discrepancies, monitoring reports, and executing relevant booking and amendment processes. You act as the local product owner for the digital trading platform myHeraeus.com, coordinating requirements, testing, and implementations with the global IT team while ensuring an excellent user experience. You oversee and guide customer onboarding for myHeraeus.com and actively promote the adoption of digital trading solutions. You serve as an interface between the Trading Desk, Operations, and Finance, prepare analyses and reports, support inventory management, and contribute to cross-functional digitalization and special projects.
