<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H2> </div><div><ol> <li>Adhere to General Work Requirements</li> <li>Research and administer special programs, may include programs such as warranty, Smart Parts, open delivery items</li> <li>Work with customers for clarification of requirements to ensure customer expectations are met</li> <li>Assist in creating project flow charts and other management tools in support of aircraft visit</li> <li>Determine resource availability, such as tools and/or components, coordinating with resource providers on issues which could potentially impact the Master Schedule</li> <li>Create aircraft work packages in a logical efficient manner including identification of material, tooling, and manpower requirements prior to scheduled induction</li> <li>Attend customer debrief (or pre-induct) prior to aircraft arrival as required</li> <li>Develop, maintain, and distribute schedule</li> <li>Create project flow charts and other management tools in support of aircraft visit</li> <li>Process complex work packages involving, for example, multiple payers, multiple warranty programs, complex vendor warranty programs (Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell)</li> <li>Coordinate scripting activities for specific aircraft model</li> <li>Responsible for development and maintenance of processes by task identification, sequencing, and applying standards (i.e. tools, components, and labor hours)</li> </ol> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Typically 5 years of planning experience preferably in aircraft maintenance environment</li> <li>Computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, e-mail, and web-based applications</li> <li>Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, customers, management and contractor </li> <li>Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting with rapidly changing priorities</li> <li>Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team</li> <li>Ability to analyze risk and make sound business decisions </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Additional desired qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field</li> <li>A&P Certificate or FCC License</li> <li>Previous experience in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling, proposal writing, and/or invoice analysis</li> <li>Previous experience with SAP, Maximo, and/or Pivotal</li> <li>Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs</li> <li>Working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, for example, part 91, 121, 135, and 145</li> <li>Working knowledge of process for producing Airworthiness Directives</li> <li>Working knowledge of Service Bulletins and other technical documents, for example, General Repair Engineering Orders (GREO) and maintenance manuals</li> </ul> </div></div></div>
