Prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms.</p> <p> </p> <h3><b>Bombardier’s Benefits Program</b></h3> <p> </p> <p>With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: </p> <ul> <li>Insurance plans </li> <li>Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more </li> <li>Competitive base salary </li> <li>Retirement savings plan </li> <li>Employee Assistance Program </li> <li>Tele Health Program </li> </ul> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><p>• Partner with Finance teams to prioritize projects aligned to a long-term strategic enterprise roadmap and establish appropriate KPI’s and dashboards to improve Business financial forecast and performance;</p> <p>• Identify root cause(s) and their mitigation plan, identify risk and opportunities, develop project business case, gain partner alignment and recommend prioritization of solutions for projects assigned to the portfolio;</p> <p>• Develop, track and report on project achievements and tasks in close collaboration with assigned teams (including Finances, Planning, Operations, Program, Engineering and Methods);</p> <p>• Lead and influence cross-functional project members to ensure the project execution meets the established schedule and budget;</p> <p>• Coordinate and lead the executive portfolio governance of Bombardier Industrialization team used to identify risks & opportunities, accelerate project execution and foster alignment to project scope and results;</p> <p>• Communicate project strategy, updates, escalation of risks/issues to multiple levels of management, including executive leadership teams across the organization;</p> <p>• Be accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and reports for audiences at all levels of the organization within Bombardier;</p> <p>• Develop trusted relationships with partners (including Finances, Planning, Operations, Program, Engineering and Methods) to help develop portfolio strategies and action plans that enable business success;</p> <p>• Refresh the overhaul inventory management process for all Bombardier manufacturing sites; </p> <p>• Establish and maintain the roadmap for inventory reduction projects;</p> <p>• Be accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and reports for audiences at all levels of the organization within Bombardier;</p> <p>• Coordinate and monitor projects, identify risks and opportunities, develop/review project business cases, obtain stakeholder alignment;</p> <p>• Establish, coordinate and prepare monthly reviews related to inventory management with senior management.<br> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><p>• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in aerospace or complex product industry, ideally in, but not limited to, project/portfolio management, inventory management, engineering, operations and/or accounting finance;</p> <p>• You are a highly organized individual (PMP certification is an asset);</p> <p>• You have a strong business acumen, a good understanding of financial statements and can proactively identify and validate consistencies and accuracy of financial information;</p> <p>• You have demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies (VBA and Power BI skillset is an asset);</p> <p>• You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management;</p> <p>• You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;<br> • You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French;</p> <p>• You are a good team player and highly reliable;<br> </p> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
