We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><h1 id="job-title"><span style="">Maintenance Coordinator Equipment & Building (evening shift - on site)</span></h1> <ul> <li>You hold a secondary degree</li> <li>Communicate between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner. </li> <li>Prepare summary of the day and pass over. </li> <li>Adhesion to KPI .</li> <li>Assignment of work order per technician. </li> <li>Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly) </li> <li>Communicate actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work) </li> <li>Carry out pre and post-intervention ''go-see'' operational in force. </li> <li>Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support the preventive vision of the company </li> <li>Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management. </li> <li>Perform RIPs (potential impact review) </li> <li>Write work permits. </li> <li>Assist / Support the maintenance leader. </li> <li>Active participation in the DMM in order to bring the issues. <br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You hold a secondary / DEP degree </li> <li>You have 2 to 5 years of expirence</li> <li>You demonstrate good leadership</li> <li>You have good customer service skill</li> <li>You are bilingual French and English, in both written and oral.</li> <li>You are able to manage time in a high volume job environment.</li> <li>You have good knowledge of MS project suite</li> <li>You are working with an ERP module (Maximo)</li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Bombardier is an equal opportunity employer and encourages persons of any race, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age immigration status, disability or other applicable legally protected Characteristics to apply.<br> <br> We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
