Guide the team in solving complex operational and contractual problematics.</li> <li>Manage a portfolio of projects related to each customer’s contract</li> <li>Ensure the adherence of the customer portfolio to budget targets;</li> <li>Work in close relationship with Leaders of various functional teams to initiate, investigate, evaluate, prioritize, and implement solutions;</li> <li>Evaluate commercial impacts of technical change and prioritize them;</li> <li>Control Program costs (manpower, material and other direct costs), negotiate with customers in terms of schedule, technical scope and commercial impact;</li> <li>Supervise prioritization of projects between customer portfolios</li> <li>Ensure contract negotiation as well as new customer onboarding in the execution of M&A projects</li> <li>Lead internal and external governances to provide visibility on Program performance;</li> <li>Work in a cross functional environment where you will interact with all management levels;</li> <li>Put in place a risk management culture within your team. Manage risk and opps by mitigating them along with functional teams;</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You have at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing industry and at least 2 years in a supervision role</li> <li>You hold a University degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent)</li> <li>You have good language skills: Bilingual English and French</li> <li>You have an experience at managing external customers/suppliers</li> <li>You have great leadership skills in project management and have an interest for commercial negotiation</li> <li>You have good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance</li> <li>You have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite, TEAMS, with knowledge of data base management, scheduling and spreadsheets</li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
