In your role, you will have to prepare the sites for the arrival of S/4 HANA according to the deployment plan. You will interact with all Bombardier manufacturing sites to finalize deployments.</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Deliver projects within scope and to the required quality standard.</li> <li>Manage a cross-functional teams of resources and IT suppliers.</li> <li>Provide performance indicators and produce status reports.</li> <li>Identify, document, and mitigate major risks that could impact projects delivery.</li> <li>Track and report timelines, risk and quality during the entire life cycle of the project.</li> <li>Manage project issues and risks as they occur.</li> <li>Collaborate with change management team, integration team and all the manufacturing teams</li> <li>Manage relationship with stakeholders and partners for project delivery</li> <li>Establish and deploy project governance.</li> <li>Ensure compliance to PMO methodology throughout the project lifecycle</li> <li>Be able to travel occasionally if needed (10-15% of the time)<br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You have a bachelor degree, or equivalent, in business management, information technology, project management or in a related field of activities</li> <li>You have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience project management including 5 years in project link to ERP/SAP</li> <li>You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.</li> <li>You have a good Track Record of planning and delivering large & complex Projects.</li> <li>You have a good knowledge of Key Performance Indicators, dashboards and other tools to monitor project performance.</li> <li>You appreciate teamwork, show initiative and able to solve problems efficiently</li> <li>You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and great communicator within all levels of the organization</li> <li>You have experience in leading effective meetings and preparation of executive presentations</li> <li>You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be pro-active with regard to bringing forward solutions </li> <li>You can adapt rapidly to change</li> <li>You possess excellent organizational, analytical and strategic skills</li> <li>You have good knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry (Asset)</li> <li>You have Industry recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PMP/PMI) (Asset)<br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
