Establish priorities and plan and follow up accordingly.<br> • Supply technical approval.<br> • Ensure the establishment and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><p>As our ideal candidate,<br> • You have a technologist or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering or aerospace technical field plus a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in aerospace or related industry.<br> • You must possess a strong knowledge of aircraft structures and/or systems installation: configuration, preliminary sizing, design for manufacturing, detail design (sheet metal, machined parts, piping, component assembly, GD&amp;T), material and processes, certification requirements, weight control and industry design standards.<br> • You have a strong familiarity in aerospace manufacturing processes and capabilities.<br> • Your familiarity with Aircraft systems overall operation and function is considered an asset.<br> • Your familiarity with in-service operation and aircraft maintenance is an asset.<br> • Your familiarity with Aircraft Interiors is considered an asset.<br> • You have knowledge of CATIA V5, Enovia and MS Office is required.<br> • Knowledge of NX and Teamcenter is an asset.<br> • You are an energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a high sense of commitment, are willing to accept responsibilities and act independently in a high-pressure partner/supplier team.<br> • You must be fluent in English.
