<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Professional, Engineering – UAS Project engineering - Research and Technology </H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><ul> <li><span style=""><span style="">Collaborate in the development of an assigned strategic technology project involving Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Support planning of design activities from concept to entry into service of clean sheet aircraft </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Support problem-solving for all program and engineering disciplines </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Liaise with partners, collaborators and suppliers </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Provide governance and management updates </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Develop Engineering Statement of Works, schedules and engineering estimates </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Lead Engineering discussion, meetings and reviews across internal teams as well as partners and suppliers </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Lead closure of phases for engineering and tracking of deliverables </span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span style="">Manage engineering headcounts for large project </span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">You have a bachelor’s degree engineering. </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">You have 5-8 years of experience in aerospace industry </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">Project engineering experience is an asset </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">You are autonomous, result-driven and enthusiastic with strong work ethics. </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">You have good analytical and problem-solving skills. </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">You can manage multiple projects and tasks </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span style="">You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
