If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience. <br> Your ideas are our fuel.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Act the resource person for all the program processes and promote them;</li> <li>Act as the expert for programs processes and interact with process experts from other functions;</li> <li>List, centralize, document, harmonize, and improve the business processes of the programs function by working closely with engineering, procurement, methods, customer service, finance, etc.;</li> <li>Analyze, identify, propose and implement improvements to programs processes;</li> <li>Organize and lead process improvement workshops;</li> <li>Coordinate and participate to the update of the BM;</li> <li>Compile IT tool requirements from the different program teams and develop specifications for the development of new IT tools while ensuring standardization among Programs teams;</li> <li>Support users in the program team during the deployment phase of new tools and processes;</li> <li>Define a master plan for the development and revision of the Bombardier Manuals (BM) and processes for the programs function;</li> <li>Deploy the Programs Academy including a curriculum of courses aligned with the progression of program analysts of the different groups;</li> <li>Develop training modules and train the program analysts.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field;</li> <li>You have a strong understanding of the programs processes;</li> <li>You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in programs, business analysis, industrial engineering or equivalent;</li> <li>Working experience in the aerospace industry is an asset;</li> <li>You have experience in project management as well as knowledge of aircraft development cycle;</li> <li>You have good presentation skills and are attentive to details;</li> <li>You have excellent bilingual oral and written communication skills;</li> <li>You are organized, a vector of change and focused on solutions;;</li> <li>You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.;</li> <li>You have logical and flexible mindsets, show initiatives, and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Bombardier Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer with a non-discrimination policy.<br> If your profile meets the requirements of the position, we will keep you informed via email or phone.</p> <p>Join us at: careers.bombardier.com</p> <p>Your ideas move people.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Job</b> Program Specialist - Process & Tools</p> <p><b>Primary Location</b> Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)</p> <p><b>Organization </b>Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)</p> <p><b>Shift</b> Day job</p> <p><b>Employee Status</b> Regular</p>
