The role involves coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of supply chain processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.</p> </li> <li> <p>Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business needs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time fulfillment of orders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare reports and dashboards on supply chain performance and KPIs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support implementation of supply chain systems, tools, and automation initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</p> </li> </ul>
