Strategic Account Management</strong></p> <p>Develop and implement Moroccan strategic key account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.</p> <p><strong>2. Sales and Business Development</strong></p> <p>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of key clients. Drive the sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.</p> <p><strong>3. Market Analysis</strong></p> <p>Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within key industries. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.</p> <p><strong>4. Performance Metrics</strong></p> <p>Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize sales performance. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Medical or a related field;</p> <p>2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of IVD medical device industry with a focus on key account management;</p> <p>3. Proven track record in strategic sales and key account management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex customer requirements. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets;</p> <p>4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit.</p>
