Our mission is focus on Advance medical technologies to make healthcare more accessible.<br><br>With Mindray as<strong> MIS Service Engineer </strong>your main responsabilities will be:</p> <ol> <li>Responsible for online and on-site technical service support for MIS product line;</li> <li>Maintain customer relationship providing training to distributors service team and customer, keep improving the service quality and customers' satisfaction;</li> <li>Based on company service policy and resources, meet customers’ technical requirements such as installation, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting etc, to satisfy customers, enhance company reputation at local market.</li> <li>Manage service channel to provide fast response and qualified service delivery to end users.</li> <li>Collect service contract and other orders to increase service revenue.</li> <li>Customer satisfaction oriented, guide all distributors on how to better manage their service team as per Headquarters instruction, and keep optimizing inside and outside work procedure;</li> <li>Keep collecting end users' feedback and suggestions, and optimizing inside and outside work flow.</li> </ol> <p>Requirements:</p> <ol> <li>Project management experience, ensuring the smooth delivery of local major projects.</li> <li>Good communication skills and customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, full of team spirit;</li> <li>Accept frequently travel to different countries and cities as per work requirement;</li> <li>Good coordination skill.</li> </ol>
