<p>We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead the Infusion Systems business across Mexico.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for channel strategy, distributor management, demand forecasting, and inventory planning, ensuring sustainable and scalable business expansion nationwide.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>1. Market Strategy & Business Development</p> <ul> <li>Conduct in-depth market analysis, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.</li> <li>Develop and execute national strategies aligned with company growth objectives.</li> <li>Ensure strong market positioning and brand recognition.</li> </ul> <p>2. Channel Development & Distributor Management</p> <ul> <li>Identify, develop, and manage distributors across different regions.</li> <li>Drive distributor performance and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.</li> <li>Establish standardized channel management processes, including evaluation, segmentation, and optimization.</li> </ul> <p>3. Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, pipeline, and historical data.</li> <li>Collaborate with distributors to ensure optimal inventory levels.</li> <li>Avoid stock-outs and overstock through proactive planning</li> </ul> <p>4. Competitive Intelligence & Marketing Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Continuously monitor competitors’ activities, including pricing, product features, and positioning.</li> <li>Develop effective competitive strategies and value propositions.</li> <li>Provide actionable insights for product improvement and marketing initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>5. Marketing & KOL Development</p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute marketing activities such as exhibitions, congresses, workshops, and promotional campaigns.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitals and clinical experts (KOLs).</li> <li>Develop and manage a structured KOL database to support long-term business growth.</li> </ul> <p>6.
