About this role
<p>Responsibilities: <br>• Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory <br>• Identify/breakthrough/maintain key customers in the Territory,<br>• Meet with Senior management/decision maker of customers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors;<br>• Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors; <br>• Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs; <br>• Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities; <br>• Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities; <br>• Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.</p> <p> Requirements: <br>• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred;<br>• At least 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing of PMLS/UIS/IVD products(e.g. monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products, ultrasound, X ray, Laboratory products etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry <br>• Experienced in working with end users and key clients <br>• Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit</p>
