As part of the business leadership team, delivers the strategy and as part of the HR leadership team, develops and deploys the GKN HR Strategy and Cultural Values through the business.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>• Identify and plan to address the resource and capability requirements of the business by leading/managing the OPP process for assigned talent groups within the organization (programs & global functions)<br> • Validate, develop and mobilize talent pools within the business<br> • Work with CoE and business leaders in managing internal and external recruitment process for the programs & global functions teams located in each region<br> • Ensure people have the diversity of experience to meet the business needs by planning assignments as part of talent planning process, and through recruitment<br> • Develop professional functions and PM team to deliver the business strategy<br> • Develop exceptional leaders by deploying leadership processes, programs and frameworks<br> • Ensure all employees have the skillset to be successful in their roles by managing L&D processes, programs and frameworks in coordination with Talent CoE<br> • Ensure people are aligned, engaged and performing to the highest standards through PDP<br> • Deploy salary processes fairly and consistently to drive performance<br> • Coordinate people issues which cross geographies with the other HRD’s for programs and global functions in the other regions</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Qualifications</H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p> <p><br> • Bachelor’s degree <br> • Minimum 7 years’ experience as an HR Leader within a highly matrixed corporate environment,<br> including background influencing at the executive level.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p> <p><br> • GKN experience<br> • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including basic proficiency developing briefs and reports with PowerPoint and Excel. <br> • Knowledge of applicable local regulations related to employment matters<br> • Credible and savvy business professional who will be viewed as a trusted Human Resources<br> • Leader and functional expert by business leaders, senior leadership, HR team and employees. <br> • Excellent collaboration skills that bring out the best in others. <br> • Exceptional consultative approach to partnering with the business. <br> • Agile and innovative work style with the ability to influence business leaders and staff individually and collectively. <br> • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive tactical and operational issues.
