<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Summary</H2> </div><div><p>To support the VP HR Talent and Engagement / SVP HR in the overall delivery of robust Talent Management processes and guidelines, that allow our Leaders to identify, grow and retain top talent across all sections of GKN Aerospace.</p> <p>To manage an Engagement agenda to drive us towards our aspiration of making GKN Aerospace a Great Place to Work</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul><li>Contribute to the GKN Aerospace annual strategic workforce planning &amp; talent review processes.</li> <li>Ensure key stakeholders are educated on thestrategic workfprce planning &amp; talent review process and are aware of how to effectively use this process to support their people strategy</li> <li>Lead the annual Engagement survey, guiding stakeholders through the project plan to deliver survey and results </li> <li>Develop and lead employee engagement globally through engagement champion networks and the HR community</li> <li>Contribute to the ongoing development and usage of the Strength Finder Coach community to support our overall engagement agenda</li> <li>Work collaboratively between the regional talent &amp; global CoE teams to ensure an aligned talent strategy delivery plan</li> <li>Support the coordination and ongoing outputs from the leadership transition programs, ensuring the businesses are able to book these with our external partner</li> <li>Guide local Talent leads/HR leads in ensuring the effectiveness of leadership transition programs is maximised and learnings realised by individuals</li> <li>Support the roll-out of management &amp; leadership training in each region in conjunction with the L&amp;D CoE</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Qualifications</H2> </div><div></div></div></div>
