In addition, maintains production and facility equipment according to safety requirements and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievements of the sites business goals and objectives. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Fully analyzes all required blueprints, drawings, work orders and sketches to troubleshoot, repair and install desired product or part. Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels. </li> <li>Professionally trains and leads other maintenance employees in proper work techniques. </li> <li>Checks all mechanical components prior to installation to prevent damage.</li> <li>Operates all required support equipment.</li> <li>Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. </li> <li>Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. </li> <li>Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. </li> <li>Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. </li> <li>Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. </li> <li>Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. </li> <li>Performs a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. </li> <li>Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. </li> <li>Detects faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. </li> <li>Arranges for outside service on machines.
