In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing sourcing processes, driving digitalization, improving ESG compliance and helping shape the future of sourcing within Mediq.</p> <p>You will join our international sourcing organization and report directly to the Director Sourcing Excellence.</p> <p><strong>Your impact</strong></p> <p>As Global Sourcing Project Manager, you are the driving force behind sourcing excellence within Mediq. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in an international matrix organization where collaboration, stakeholder management and continuous improvement are essential.</p> <p>You will work closely with sourcing teams across Europe to standardize processes, improve performance and lead impactful global projects.</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Drive the implementation of global sourcing standards, policies and ways of working;</li> <li>Analyze and improve sourcing processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency across countries;</li> <li>Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools to monitor sourcing performance and future-state requirements;</li> <li>Lead and coordinate international sourcing projects, including sourcing events, payment term optimization and ESG initiatives;</li> <li>Ensure ESG compliance within the sourcing community and with external suppliers, monitor progress and initiate corrective actions where needed;</li> <li>Lead sourcing digitalization projects and assess system enhancements for global applicability;</li> <li>Build and maintain a strong key-user network by providing training and driving adoption of sourcing systems and processes;</li> <li>Prepare executive-level communication and reporting;</li> <li>Bring stakeholders together, align priorities and drive collaboration across functions and countries.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <p>You are analytical, structured and able to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic international environment and know how to balance strategy with execution.</p> <p><strong>We are looking for:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>A Master’s degree;</li> <li>8+ years of relevant professional experience;</li> <li>Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes;</li> <li>Experience working in an international matrix organization;</li> <li>Expertise in sourcing systems and processes;</li> <li>Knowledge of procurement principles and techniques;</li> <li>Strong project management and data analysis skills;</li> <li>Experience with financial planning and forecasting;</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;</li> <li>Experience with S2C suites (preferably GEP).</li> </ul> <p><strong>You stand out when you:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Have a strong analytical and strategic mindset;</li> <li>Work in a structured and data-driven way;</li> <li>Are result-oriented and able to manage deadlines effectively;</li> <li>Dare to challenge the status quo and proactively identify improvement opportunities;</li> <li>Have a hands-on mentality and positive “can-do” attitude;</li> <li>Thrive in change and innovation environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we offer</strong></p> <p>At Mediq you become part of a dynamic international organization where people truly make the difference.
