The role involves <strong>data-driven decision-making</strong>, leveraging business intelligence, and contributing to projects that enhance operational excellence.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Opportunity – </strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain demand forecasts for the South region and oversee national-level forecasts.</li> <li>Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models.</li> <li>Conduct regional S&OP meetings, collaborate with Sales, Production, and Customer teams for accurate planning.</li> <li>Provide input to supply planning for inventory norms and stock availability.</li> <li>Analyze data for forecast accuracy, back-orders, and business requirements.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Impact on Team and Organization:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate forecasting to optimize inventory levels and reduce back-orders.</li> <li>Act as the information hub for senior management, enabling strategic decisions.</li> <li>Drive collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to improve service levels.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10–15 years of experience in demand/supply planning roles.</li> <li>Exposure to multi-region or Pan-India planning.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and business acumen.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP environments.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of <strong>SAP</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in project-based inventory initiatives.</li> <li>Familiarity with consensus forecasting and S&OP processes.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Queries</strong></h3> <p>Please contact <strong>[email protected]</strong> with any queries relating to this role.</p>
