You will be part of a dynamic HR function that values collaboration, business alignment, and continuous improvement, while contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Opportunity</strong></h3> <p> </p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a strategic HR partner to the business, supporting the delivery of the people agenda</li> <li>Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for 100+ employees, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, and employee wellbeing</li> <li>Lead headcount planning and oversee the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding, ensuring attraction and retention of top talent</li> <li>Provide performance management expertise, including identifying development opportunities to strengthen workforce capability</li> <li>Collaborate with managers to improve employee productivity and efficiency in alignment with business goals</li> <li>Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture</li> <li>Support business transformation initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders</li> <li>Contribute to organisational growth by executing HR strategies aligned with expansion plans</li> <li>Manage pay reviews, incentive plans, and bonus cycles in line with agreed SLAs</li> <li>Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies, maintaining a fair and equitable work environment</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3> <ul> <li>MBA / PGDM in Human Resources</li> <li>8 to 10 years of relevant HR experience</li> <li>Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements</li> <li>Proven recruitment experience</li> <li>Strong business and HR acumen, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data analysis skills</li> </ul> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>Queries</strong></h2> <p> </p> <p>• Please contact <strong>[email protected]</strong> with any queries relating to this role.
