This position monitors the equitable of federal CTE funding, manages the purchase, inventory, and maintenance of CTE-specific equipment, technology, supplies, and materials monitoring all program needs through an equity lens, and trains the team on financial procedures and compliance as it relates to CTE state and Perkins funding.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</H2> </div><div><p>1. Manage and lead processing of purchases made with federal Perkins Funds, including, but not limited to, compliance with guidelines as set forth by the state, and utilizing appropriate district procedures.<br> 2. Collaborate with Coordinator 2, Program of Study, to determine the equipment, tools, technology, curriculum, and test preparation materials related to industry-based certifications required for programs of study; provide training to program specialists on financial rules as it relates to program needs.<br> 3. Monitor and ensure Perkins Grant compliance to prevent issues such as supplanting and improper use of federal grants funds; train team on Perkins compliance rules</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED</H2> </div><div><p>4. Collaborate with team members to plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation, including training team on financial requirements.<br> 5. Create and lead processes for ensuring GTE team decides and communicates on school requests for CTE purchases, including training team.<br> 6. Regularly engages customers, clients, and end users, including through frequent school visits, to gather personal feedback on the impact of activities and needs.<br> 7.
