Manages the identification of gifted and talented resources and training. Collaborates with Gifted/Talented managers, principals, and other administrators regarding Gifted/Talented services in schools on student placement and evaluation. Monitors data collection of district-wide Gifted/Talented identified students. Reviews, updates, and revises program guidelines and training modules to align with local, state, and federal mandates for Gifted/Talented coordinators, teachers, and administrators. <br> Provides day-to-day supervision for program managers and district leaders in the design and development of Gifted and Talented program. Also, oversees the implementation of Gifted Education Plans to ensure they reflect learning needs of all gifted learners and meet state and local requirements.
