Provides professional development for school personnel on emotional/behavioral indicators, classroom modifications/accommodations, and structured intervention strategies. <br> 3. Consults with teachers and relevant staff concerning the social and emotional needs of students.<br> 4. Coordinates and conducts conferences with parents and students to align services and support services. Facilitates targeted groups, individual services and refocuses students.<br> 7. Collaborates and consults with the central office departments, external organizations, the district offices school administrators and teachers to coordinate the implemenation of social and emotional activities.<br> 8. Position regularly makes recommendations to campus based management on areas of significance to the school .
