Assists in ensuring rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum and instruction are effectively delivered by teachers. Implements data-driven practices to monitor and improve student progress. Leads efforts to increase student attendance, graduation rates, and academic outcomes. Supports the Principal in discipline management, ensuring a fair and consistent student behavior framework.
