The role includes creating sales leads, cross- and up- selling existing clients, monitoring industry trends, and keeping abreast of competitor’s products, and pricing in the market.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal"> <li>Promote the Company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="2"> <li>Conducts detailed Financial Analysis on clients to establish their needs and meet them using Tatil Life’s suite of products.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="3"> <li>Networking: Attending industry events and conferences to connect with potential clients and partners.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="4"> <li>Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers, agents, and other partners.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="5"> <li>Market Research: Identifying potential markets and understanding customer needs.</li> </ol> <p> </p> <ol style="list-style-type:decimal" start="6"> <li>Proposal Development: Preparing proposals and presentations to pitch services or products to prospective clients</li> </ol> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes including Mathematics and English A</li> <li>Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant fields will be an asset.</li> <li>LOMA training will be an asset</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Minimum of 3 years’ experience in proven sales</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience a Life Insurance Company or Financial Services Company will be an asset</li> </ul>
