This role participates in defining system requirements, developing system architecture, supporting CONOPS and use case development, and performing system level analysis throughout the engineering lifecycle. The engineer collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system designs meet mission needs and comply with program requirements.<br><br></span><br><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support the development of system concepts, architectures, CONOPS, and use cases across the system lifecycle.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Familiarity with defense development lifecycles, milestone review processes, and gated development practices.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Participate in defining, decomposing, and managing system level requirements and maintaining traceability to subsystems and components.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support system design, integration, and verification and validation (V&amp;V) activities, while coordinating with software, firmware, hardware, and cross-disciplinary teams.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Assist with system level trade studies, performance analyses, and allocation of functional and performance requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Produce and maintain engineering artifacts such as interface definitions, system diagrams, and architecture documentation.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Analyze system performance data, identify technical issues, and support root cause investigations and corrective actions.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support internal and customer design reviews, readiness reviews, and technical presentations.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Collaborate with product owners, program engineers, and mission stakeholders to refine requirements and system designs.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Communicate technical findings clearly to cross functional engineering teams.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><br>Qualifications:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><br>Preferred Skillsets:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to quickly understand customer missions and assist in CONOPS development.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience with MBSE or digital engineering tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML).</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Familiarity with INCOSE standards.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Preferred Qualifications.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Broad knowledge of engineering domains such as electrical, mechanical, RF, software, or hardware.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience using lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Familiarity with Agile development approaches.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to clearly present technical concepts to mixed technical and non technical audiences.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:white">#LI-FS1</span></p> <p> </p>
