This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing assembly processes and methods to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to identify and resolve process-related issues, improve productivity, and reduce costs.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal"><span style=""><strong><span style="">Essential Functions:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Follow complex assembly/builds to ensure proper functionality during product’s operational use. Must be able to understand form, fit, and function of complex turbo-machinery.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Identify and resolve process-related issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Work closely with Operations Program Integrators and Assembly team to ensure complex assemblies are delivered on time.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Analyze and optimize production workflows, layouts, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce waste.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Proficient in tool design with the responsibility to evaluate and recommend new technologies, tooling/fixturing, and equipment to enhance manufacturing and assembly capabilities.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing and assembly processes.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Lead continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma tools</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Collaborate with design, engineering, quality and production teams to ensure manufacturability and streamline new product introductions.</span></li> </ul> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal"><span style=""><strong><span style=""> </span></strong></span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal"><span style=""><strong><span style="">Qualifications:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
