This position reports to the L3Harris Aerojet Rocketdyne segment Strategic Infrastructure Program Senior Director. The selected individual will function as the point of contact between the programs, functional managers, site leadership and stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, cross sector groups and other stakeholders to execute the construction of this facility, resolve issues and monitor performance to schedule and budget ensuring on time and on cost performance. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Function as the point-of-contact between the programs, functional managers, site leadership and stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, cross sector groups and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts to ensure successful resolution of program issues</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for briefing internal and external customers, as well as upper management on all aspects of Virginia APF-2 construction and design efforts</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The PM directs the work of functional employees and stakeholders in the execution of the assigned projects while establishing and monitoring performance to schedules, plans and milestones. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of relevant experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">3+ years of earned value management (EVM) experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">5+ years of experience managing subcontractors and/or suppliers</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black"><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">DoD 4145.26 knowledge and training</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Facilities maintenance experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Construction & building design management experience</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $153,000 - $284,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $133,000 - $247,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
