This role develops negotiation strategies and leads supplier negotiations for complex government contracts above the TINA threshold. The position also oversees contract execution and manages procurements throughout the full product life cycle. The manager supports multiple Government programs, with a focus on 1–5 highly visible or complex suppliers. This role leads significant project and process improvement efforts, both within and beyond the immediate functional area. The position communicates across internal and external stakeholders to influence practices, processes, and approaches. It also provides guidance to other employees while applying sound professional judgment and procurement expertise.
