We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet industry standards.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Engineer experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related Engineer experience.
