This Sr. Manager will be responsible for the management of ERP sustainment and improvement activities, covering planning, quality, MRO, procurement, and supply chain functions. Individual will lead a team of business process owners who own an end-to-end process across their functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries. This leader will coordinate all functions with overall business strategy and be the End-to-End Process leader for operations and supply chain. Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is US$121,500.00 MIN - US$225,000.00 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
