This role partners with engineering, program leadership, and other functional teams to enhance certification planning, improve execution frameworks, and enable consistent compliance outcomes across multiple products and programs. The position offers the opportunity to shape certification strategy, influence organizational best practices, and strengthen readiness for customers and regulatory engagement.</span></p> <p> </p> sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead sector-wide certification strategy initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and compliance across programs and product lines.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop, standardize, and maintain certification processes, tools, templates, metrics, and best practices for use across the organization.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Partner with engineering, quality, program management, and functional leadership to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities related to certification planning and execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive continuous improvement activities focused on certification readiness, documentation quality, process compliance, and organizational effectiveness.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Provide guidance to program teams on certification approaches, compliance expectations, and interpretation of applicable regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant engineering certification experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related engineering certification experience. </span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related engineering certification experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrated experience in certification, qualification, compliance, airworthiness, or related engineering activities for complex products or systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrated experience developing, improving, or governing technical processes within a regulated engineering environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional organizations to align technical, quality, and program objectives.</span></li>
