<p>We are hiring a Store Manager for our boutique in Hamburg.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main activities and responsibilities</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensure the achievement of store sales budget</li> <li>Responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all Corporate/ Retail Manager to ensure to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience</li> <li>Be a brand ambassador promoting the Company values</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key requirements & competencies</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Guarantee the store profitability, develop and implement business action plans to maximize</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ensure that the highest level of client service is provided motivating and challenging the Staff</li> <li>Communicate KPIs and identify strategies to ensure that the performance standards are met</li> <li>Oversee and support stock management</li> <li>Lead the CRM processes according to Company guidelines</li> <li>Oversee training ensuring that product knowledge, client service, systems, procedures and teamwork are adequately covered</li> <li>Ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees</li> <li>Guarantee the Visual Merchandising standards</li> <li>Work with HR to recruit and retain a high performing team and ensure effective resolution for all the employee relations issues</li> <li>Perform other duties as directed</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Additional skills:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Leading and Developing others</li> <li>Communicating with impact</li> <li>Building networks</li> <li>Strategic orientation</li> <li>Apply number and statistics</li> <li>Problem solving</li> <li>Creating efficiencies</li> <li>Commercial focus</li> <li>Achieving goals</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Location: Germany, Hamburg</p>
