As our Inventory/Logistics Coordinator, you’ll keep materials flowing end‑to‑end, ensuring stock availability, accurate inventory reporting, smooth shipping and import releases, and full compliance with local permits and safety standards.</p> <p> </p> <p>You’ll work cross‑functionally with Commercial Sales, brokers, and transport contractors to deliver on‑time, cost‑effective results while maintaining Orica’s Safety Management System and local regulatory requirements.</p> </div> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will be doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Ensure sufficient supply and proper storage of finished goods (FG), raw materials (RM), and other materials to avoid stock-outs.</li> <li>Coordinate with Commercial Sales for timely order processing and delivery schedules.</li> <li>Monitor and report inventory levels and movements accurately and on time.</li> <li>Process permits and licenses promptly and maintain compliance with local regulations.</li> <li>Manage shipping and importation activities, including safe loading/discharging at Cebu Port and timely release of goods at Cebu International Port.</li> <li>Oversee transport contractors to ensure compliance with Orica’s safety standards.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will bring</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field</li> <li><strong>3+ years experience</strong> in logistics coordination, inventory management, and shipping operations</li> <li><strong>Knowledge of regulatory compliance</strong> for permits, licenses, and liaison with local authorities (Barangay, PNP, port agencies)</li> <li><strong>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems</strong> (e.g., SAP) with strong reporting and documentation skills</li> <li><strong>Excellent communication and organizational skills</strong>; ability to manage contractors and ensure adherence to safety standards</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we offer</b></H2> </div><div><p>As part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
