The team embodies an agile and self-managed DevOps mindset and methodology, developing all services and cloud infrastructure (AWS) necessary to ensure a high-available, reliable, and secure communication channel that customers require for their day-to-day work.<br>We work in a product-oriented development, own the Product, and have the autonomy to decide how the Product will evolve.<br>The Product provides, among other services, secure connectivity, message routing, message decoding, vehicle APIs, integration with other systems, and manages client certificates for the connected devices.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What will your responsibilities be?</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Design, create, test, deploy, and run (DevOps) our event streaming platform on cloud-native infrastructure, being responsible for the entire software lifecycle;<br>• Develop, test and maintain related microservices in state-of-the-art programming languages, using containers, serverless functions, and RESTful APIs;<br>• Develop and maintain functionality for our trucks using agile methodologies;<br>• Create prototypes, Minimum Valuable Products (MVPs), and products;<br>• Be able to take end-to-end responsibility for the products owned;<br>• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks;<br>• Solve problems in innovative and pragmatic ways;<br>• Advise the team and other teams as an expert in event-based communication and cloud infrastructure in an automotive IoT environment, and work together on continuously improving the service, tooling, and processes.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What requirements are we looking for?</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or comparable job expertise;<br>• At least 3 years of professional experience;<br>• Experience in using and integrating AWS cloud services (AWS ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda) with cloud paradigms like Infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK and CloudFormation), PaaS, alerting, and monitoring;<br>• Solid experience with backend development in Java (or Kotlin) with a focus on RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture/ pub-sub communication (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, SQS, MQTT);<br>• Relevant knowledge about hexagonal architecture, unit testing, and end-to-end tests;<br>• Experience with Kafka consumer/producer or Kafka administration is a plus;<br>• Knowledge of Python for rapid prototyping and tooling is a plus.<br>• Agile and DevOps mindset;<br>• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.</p></div></div></div><p>What we offer<br>• Competitive compensation package;</p> <p>• Flexible work hours and a hybrid model;<br>• Attractive workspace;</p> <p>• Employee health care and life insurance;<br>• Social benefits and several discounts;<br>• Training and professional career development</p> <p>REF LEVEL: A</p>
