<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br>Position overview will cover five pillars of responsibility.</p> <p>1. Business Development<br>- Assess land potential, conduct feasibility studies, and analyze market trends.<br>- Stay updated on city planning regulations and major development projects.<br>- Develop master plans, define project vision, and optimize land use.<br>- Estimate project development costs.</p> <p>2. Strategy & Investment<br>- Identify new land and investment opportunities through feasibility and market analysis.<br>- Monitor industry trends and explore collaborations aligned with company goals.<br>- Prepare executive-level presentations.</p> <p>3. Project Management & Coordination<br>- Review preliminary designs and provide input before BMA submission.<br>- Manage executive schedules, communications, and stakeholder coordination.<br>- Maintain relationships with government and external parties.</p> <p>4. Executive Presentation<br>- Develop presentations and content for top management and external collaborations.<br>- Support public speaking engagements and executive communications.</p> <p>5. Cross-Functional Support<br>- Assist Business Unit Management and coordinate with stakeholders as required.</p> <p><br><strong>Key Qualification</strong><br>● Bachelors in faculty of Architecture Preferably in urban design<br>● A Master’s degree in real estate, Economics or related fields will be advantageous. <br>● Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Development in Real Estate Business.<br>**Entry level candidates are welcome to apply**<br>● Basic knowledge of City Plannings (ผังเมือง) and Urban Design is a must.<br>● Excellent command in Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp as well as adaptability skills for use of Adobe and other similar programs.<br>● Feasibility study in real estate projects (eg. site analysis, law & regulations related to building control and real estate, market study).<br>● Master Plan Development (eg. program and zoning, conceptual plan, mass study) <br>● Project Management & Coordination <br>● Good communication (written and verbal), numeracy, presentation, and analytical skills.<br>● The ability to think creatively or think outside the box.<br>● A good team player.<br>● Fast learner and open-minded.<br>● Strong logical thinking and being detail oriented as well.<br>● Ability to perform multitasking in a complex environment with a strong dynamic mindset in a fast-paced environment.</p>
