<p>Job Responsibilities :</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>To schedule machine as per bar chart.</li> <li>To ensure availability of sufficient input near the machine.</li> <li>To Monitor &amp; measurement of production as per machine capacity.</li> <li>To ensure all production records are updated in DPR &amp; JD.</li> <li>Monitoring, recording &amp; disposal of scrap in every shift.</li> <li>To attend SQEC meetings &amp; walk through</li> <li>To circulate production report to all concerned.</li> <li>Handling Production with Process of CCV line</li> <li>scrap reduction, usage reduction, cost optimization</li> <li>Monthly production Planning &amp; its achievement analysis against plan</li> <li>Active role in improvement of Process monitoring activities, in processing of Metals –( Aluminum &amp; Copper), and Plastics – (XLPE &amp; PVC)Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs for maximizing operational efficiency</li> <li>Understand and trouble shoot process and engineering issues.</li> <li>Report every near miss &amp; potential risk and take action for solution.<br> </li> </ul> <p>Technical :</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Knowledge of CCV Line</li> <li>Responsible for keeping a check on product quality</li> </ul> <p>Functional: </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>To ensure all IPC sheets are filled in correctly &amp; records are filed against each customer.</li> <li>To ensure that NCR system is followed strictly.</li> <li>Statistical Process Control</li> <li>To ensure traceability of cable right from Wire Drawing to finish stage.<br> </li> </ul> <p>Behavioral:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Good communication skills, Team player</li> </ul>
